After one hot summers day of picking berries, they settled on a delicious mix of strawberries, cherries \u0026amp; raspberries!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eHowever, on mixing up the first batch they realised the price was almost impossible to make work, so they settled on a pink gin twist. Lowering the ABV to make it all the smoother \u0026amp; more ‘session-able’ and upon tasting the berry infused gin, also decided it needed a kick…\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eAfter a visit to the local green grocers they settled on a blend of herbs \u0026amp; orange peel to give the gin more depth and after ‘chucking’ this in they realised they had stumbled upon the long held tradition of creating a ‘Summer Cup’ (a gin with an evolving blend of local berries, herbs and spices). Essentially they’d created a fresh, delicious and most importantly local, version of the famous ‘Pimm’s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eWhat a happy accident!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 style=\"font-weight: var(--font-heading-weight);\"\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3 style=\"font-weight: var(--font-heading-weight);\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat's in the bottle?:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e- This Summer cup combines locally grown \u0026amp; hand-picked strawberries, raspberries \u0026amp; cherries which are then 'centrifuged' to extract clarified juice\/pureé from them, whilst also wasting almost no fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e- They then combine this pure, local, fruit juice with orange peel and a number of herbs such as basil \u0026amp; chamomile, this mixture is left for a day to extract maximum flavour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e- This blend of fruit and herbs is mixed into a classic gin recipe where everything is brought together with just a touch of sugar \u0026amp; vanilla.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eDrink this beautiful mixture with your choice of mixer, just make sure you drink it long, with plenty of ice, on a hot evening with good friends.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e*Please note: All orders containing alcohol are dispatched via a courier service.
