Gin-o-cello

Made to an authentic Sicilian Limoncello recipe (shared with them secretly by one of their favourite Italians, Marco of 'The Italian Supermarket') the ‘Gin-O-cello’ takes hand zested and peeled fresh lemons & limes and infuses them with traditional and floral gin botanicals that are hand distilled by the team. Finally they gently sweeten the mixture using predominately local honey.

- Botanicals stepped for c.48 hours

- Vacuum distillation c.20-50c

- Juniper

- Coriander seed & Angelica

- Chamomile

- Elderflower

- Orange peel

- Local honey

- Cane sugar
